Do I Have to pay Subscription Fees?
We’re subscription free! At Trustist, we believe in transparency and affordability, ensuring that you can benefit from our solutions without any hidden costs. That means you only have to pay for the transactions you take.
How Much Does TrustistTransfer Charge?
The only charge you will receive is for transactions, no hidden costs or surprise payments.
With TrustistTransfer you pay 0.29% for Open Banking bank transfer fees and for card payments you pay transaction fees of 0.99%.

QR Codes
What Does my Customer see When They Scan a QR Code?
When your customer scans the QR code they will be taken to a screen where they can choose between paying you via card payment or Open Banking.
Do QR Code Payments Expire?
To prevent potential fraudulent activity, the TrustistTransfer payment QR codes expire after 15 minutes. If 15 minutes pass and the payment has not been made, a new QR code can be generated to complete the transaction.
Can a QR Code be Used More Than Once?
QR codes are valid for 15 minutes unless the popup is closed. In that 15 minutes the QR code can be scanned as many times as needed (if the payment process fails/user error when completing the payment on the customers side).
Does TrustistTransfer Offer Custom Pricing for High Volumes of Transactions?
You can accept any credit or debit card that displays a Visa, or Mastercard logo, for Open Banking payments we have 80+ major banks supported.
Sub Accounts
How Many Subaccounts can I Create on TrustistTransfer?
You can create as many subaccounts as you like. This makes it easy to manage payments for large teams and organisations.
Is There a fee to add Subaccounts on TrustistTransfer?
No, adding subaccounts is completely free. You only need to pay the transaction fees for the payments they collect on your behalf.
How do I add a Subaccount on TrustistTransfer?
You can add subaccounts from your main account holder’s dashboard. Simply navigate to the “Subaccounts” section and click on “Add Subaccount” to get started.
Can Subaccounts see the Payment Information of Other Subaccounts?
No, each subaccount on TrustistTransfer is isolated from others. This means that they cannot see the payment information or activity of other subaccounts.
PayLinks
What Does my Customer see When They Click a PayLink?
When your customer clicks the PayLink they will be taken to a screen where they can select their bank from the list, they will then be redirected to their banking app to confirm and make the payment.
Do my PayLinks Expire?
To prevent potential fraudulent activity, the TrustistTransfer PayLinks expire after 15 minutes. If 15 minutes passes and the payment has not been made, a new PayLink can be regenerated to complete the transaction.
Can I Send the Same PayLink to Multiple People?
The PayLinks, like the QR code, are valid for 15 minutes, however we only recommend sending the link out once unless the customer needs it again to complete the payment.
Sending out the same PayLink more than once can make the payment process fail.
What Payment Methods can be Accepted Though the PayLink?
You can accept any credit or debit card that displays a Visa or Mastercard logo, for Open Banking payments we have 80+ major banks supported.

Yes, Open Banking payments are designed with strong security measures. Your data is encrypted and transactions require authentication, such as a PIN or biometric verification, ensuring that your information remains confidential and protected.
Can I Trust Third-Party Apps With my Banking Information?
Open Banking relies on authorised and regulated third-party providers, ensuring that they meet strict security standards and data protection regulations. Always check for certifications and licenses before sharing your banking details with any app. For Open Banking payments we have 80+ major banks supported.
What are the Fees for an Open Banking payment?
Our transaction fees for Open Banking are just 0.29% – 90% cheaper than what is being offered by competitors.

What is Apple Pay?

What is Google Pay?
Google Pay is a digital wallet platform developed by Google, enabling users to make payments and store loyalty cards, gift cards and more on their Android devices.
How Does Google Pay Work?
Google Pay stores your card information on your device to facilitate contactless payments. It stores your card information securely and allows you to make payments in-store, in-app and online using your Android smartphone or tablet.
Are Apple Pay and Google Pay Secure?
Yes, both Apple Pay and Google Pay are secure methods of payment. They use tokenisation, encryption and biometric authentication methods, ensuring your card information is protected during transactions.
What Cards are Accepted?
You can accept any credit or debit card that displays a Visa, or Mastercard logo.
Can I Accept Only Apple Pay or Google Pay?
No, your customer will also have the option to enter their card details manually. This form is found underneath the Apple Pay/Google Pay button on the Card Payment screen.
